Update your profile photo
Your profile photo appears on Model Card, your Website, and exports such as PDF portfolios. This article shows how to upload a new square photo, adjust the crop, or remove the current image.
Where to change it
Open Model Card from the dashboard sidebar or mobile tab.
Select your current photo or the avatar placeholder at the top of the page.
Choose Change profile photo if you already have one, or Add profile photo if the slot is empty.
Before you upload
Pick a clear, square friendly headshot or portrait. Clients and casting teams often see this image before they open your full book.
Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. The upload limit is 10 MB.
You can upload a new file from your device. You can also use an approved photo from Gallery on supported apps, then crop it to a square.
Your profile photo is separate from portfolio uploads. Gallery photos stay in Gallery even when you use one as your avatar.
Upload and crop
In the Profile photo modal, select Choose photo and pick an image from your device.
On the next step, drag and zoom the crop until your face is framed cleanly inside the square.
Select Save photo when you are happy with the preview. Delora stores a crisp square version for your card.
Remove or replace
To replace the photo, open the modal again, choose a new image, crop it, and save.
To remove it entirely, select Remove photo in the modal. Your card falls back to your initials until you add a new image.
Removing the profile photo does not delete the original file from Gallery if it came from there.
Where the photo appears
The saved photo shows on Model Card and counts toward Profile Complete.
Your public Website can display it when you publish your site and enable the relevant profile fields.
Booking and portfolio exports may also use your profile details alongside gallery images.
Continue setup
After your profile photo is set, keep building your book in Gallery with Organize your gallery and Add your first portfolio photos in Getting started.
When you are ready to go public, choose which gallery photos appear on your site in Choose photos for your website.
