Set your availability

Availability tells Delora when clients can request sessions with you. Set your regular daily hours, choose which weekdays are open, block specific dates with time off, and use vacation mode when you need a full pause on new requests.

Open Availability

Open Bookings and select the Availability tab.

You can also reach the same settings from the Share tab by selecting Change Availability in Link Settings.

Set working hours

The Working Hours card controls your regular daily window.

Under Daily hours, drag the timeline bar to set when your day starts and ends. The pill above the chart shows the current range, for example 09:00 to 17:00.

Changes save automatically when you adjust the bar. A short Saving or Saved message confirms the update.

Choose available days

Under Available days, tap each weekday to turn it on or off.

Highlighted days are open for booking. Dimmed days are treated as regular off days.

You must keep at least one working day available. Delora shows a reminder if you try to turn off every day.

  • Working hours apply to every day you mark as available
  • Off days block new online requests on those weekdays
  • Your schedule and time off work together to shape open slots

Add time off

The Time off card covers specific dates when you are unavailable.

Select Add time off to open the form. Choose Single day for one date or Date range for a longer break.

Give the entry a title, such as vacation or personal day, then pick the date or range and save.

Existing time off appears in a list with its dates and status. Use the menu on a row to edit or delete an entry.

Holidays and time off require a Lite plan or higher. On Free, you can still set working hours and vacation mode.

Use vacation mode

At the bottom of the Time off card, turn on Vacation Mode when you want Delora to automatically decline new booking requests.

Vacation mode is useful when you are away but do not want to manage each date manually.

You can also toggle Vacation mode in Booking settings on the Share tab. Both controls stay in sync.

When vacation mode is on, a banner appears at the top of Bookings so you remember requests are paused.

How availability affects booking

Clients see open time slots based on your working hours, available days, buffers, and time off.

If you add a manual booking outside your schedule, Delora still lets you save it. Online requests follow your availability more strictly.

After your base schedule is set, review Configure booking settings for buffers and rejected session types, then share your link from Create and share your booking link.
