Create and share your booking link

Your booking link is the public page where clients request a session with you. This article covers creating the link, turning online booking on, and sharing it by copy, QR code, preview, or your device share sheet.

Where to find your booking link

Open Bookings from the dashboard sidebar or mobile tab.

Select the Share tab. Your main link appears as Your Booking Link once it is created.

If you do not have a link yet, select Create Booking Link. Delora creates one primary link for you.

Before you share

A booking link lets anyone with the URL open your public booking page and send a request. You stay in control of whether requests are accepted.

Turn on Allow online booking in Booking settings before you share. When it is off, clients cannot submit new requests through your link or website booking form.

Set your Availability and review Booking settings first if you want clients to see accurate times and session options. See Set your availability and Configure booking settings in this category.

  • Allow online booking must be on for public requests
  • Your link works even before availability is perfect, but open slots depend on your schedule
  • Social links on the booking page are optional and controlled separately in Booking settings

Understand your link status

The badge beside Your Booking Link shows whether the link is active or paused.

When Allow online booking is on and the link is active, clients can open it and request sessions.

When online booking is off, the link may still open, but new requests are blocked until you turn booking back on.

Share with clients

Select Copy to copy the full URL to your clipboard.

Select the QR icon to open a QR code clients can scan from a phone.

Select Preview to open the page in a new tab exactly as clients see it.

Select Share to use your device share sheet when available. If sharing is not supported, Delora copies the link instead.

Where else clients can book you

Your booking link is the main shareable URL, but clients can also reach you through your public Website when the booking form is enabled there.

In Website, turn on Booking form only after Allow online booking is on in Bookings. Both use the same booking settings.

Registered Delora clients may also find you through discovery features when your profile and booking options are visible.

Continue setup

After your link is live, open Availability to set working hours and time off.

Open Requests when clients start sending bookings, and use Schedule to see confirmed sessions on your calendar.
