Where to find insights

Open Model Card and select the Measurements tab.

At the top of the tab, select the chart icon labeled Measurement insights.

The button stays disabled until you have at least two saved updates for one measurement type.

Before you start

Adding or editing measurements requires an active paid subscription. Without a paid plan, you can view existing entries and delete them, but you cannot add new history.

Insights appear only after you record the same measurement type more than once. A single waist entry, for example, is not enough to draw a trend.

Use the cm/in toggle on the Measurements tab to control how lengths display in the list and in insights.

How history is built

Each time you save a measurement, Delora stores the value with a date.

The main list always shows your latest value per type. Older values stay in history for insights.

Editing a measurement adds a new point rather than hiding past changes, so your chart reflects real updates over time.

Read the charts

The insights modal groups charts by measurement type, such as waist, hips, or height.

Each column shows the value recorded on that date. When a previous entry exists, the chart also shows the change since the last update.

Hover or review the date labels to see when each measurement was taken.

Types with many updates scroll horizontally so you can review a longer history.

Use insights in your work

Check trends after a training block, travel period, or fitting season when your sizes may shift.

When a client asks whether your measurements are current, compare the latest card value with recent history before you reply.

If a value changed significantly, update your public Website only when you are ready for clients to see the new numbers.
