Organize your gallery

As your portfolio grows, Gallery gives you folders, favorites, search, and bulk tools to keep photos easy to find. This article covers collections, sorting, selection actions, and the built-in views that help you work faster.

Open Gallery

Open Gallery from the dashboard sidebar or mobile tab.

Your photos appear in a grid. Use the sidebar on desktop or the segment chips on mobile to switch views.

If you are just getting started, upload your first batch with Upload Image, then come back here to organize it.

Use collections

Collections group photos by project, look, or any system you prefer.

Pinned views include All, Favorites, Recent, and Polaroids. Recent shows uploads from the last 7 days.

Create a user collection with Add collection. Free allows up to 4 collections, Lite up to 10, Pro unlimited.

Move photos into a collection by dragging selected images onto a folder in the sidebar, using the photo context menu, or choosing a collection during upload.

Rename or delete a collection from the sidebar when you need to clean up old projects.

  • All: every approved photo in your gallery
  • Favorites: photos you marked with the heart icon
  • Recent: uploads from the last 7 days
  • Polaroids: your four featured digitals slots

Mark favorites and sort

Tap the heart on a photo card to add it to Favorites. Remove the heart to take it out again.

Use Sort by: Newest or Sort by: Oldest to change the grid order.

Sorting applies to the collection or view you currently have open.

Search your gallery

Use the search field to filter photos by keyword, tag, or date.

Tag searches work with formats like `#portrait` or `tag:editorial`.

Date searches accept values like `2024-05`, `27.05.2024`, or `may 2024`.

When a search is active, select Clear search to return to the full view.

Bulk actions

Select one or more photos to open the selection toolbar.

From there you can Make Public or Make Private, Delete, or open Generate PDF when exactly 2 to 4 photos are selected.

Right click or long press a photo to open the context menu. From there you can select all, deselect all, download, copy, change visibility, move to a collection, or delete.

On mobile, the selection bar offers the same core actions at the bottom of the screen.

What to do next

When your folders are in shape, mark the photos you want live on your site in Choose photos for your website.

Check Manage gallery storage if uploads slow down or you are close to your plan limit.

Use Generate a PDF or PNG portfolio when you need a file to send to a client or casting team.
