Manage gallery storage

Every photo in Gallery counts toward your plan storage limit. The storage panel shows how much space you use and helps you remove large files when you need room for new uploads.

Understand storage limits

Storage is measured by total file size, not by photo count.

Free includes 3 GB. Lite includes 8 GB. Pro includes 25 GB.

You can upload and organize photos on Free, but some advanced gallery features require a paid plan.

  • Free: 3 GB storage, up to 4 collections
  • Lite: 8 GB storage, up to 10 collections
  • Pro: 25 GB storage, unlimited collections

Check usage

Open Gallery. On desktop, the Storage card in the sidebar shows used space and your plan limit.

On mobile, open the gallery menu and select the storage option to see the same summary.

The meter fills as you add photos. Watch it when you upload large batches or high resolution files.

Open Manage Storage

Select the storage summary to open Manage Storage.

The modal shows how many gigabytes you have used out of your plan total.

Below that, photos are listed by file size with the largest files first.

Free space safely

Review the largest files first. Older test shots and duplicate edits are often the easiest to remove.

Select the delete action on a row to remove a photo. Deletion is permanent.

Use the view action to open a photo before you delete it if you are unsure which file it is.

If a photo is public on your Website, consider making it private or replacing it before deletion so your live site stays complete.

Stay within limits

Upload in smaller batches when you are close to the limit.

Move finished projects into collections so you can review what is still worth keeping.

Need more room long term? Compare plans in Understand Lite and Pro plans under Payments.

Continue setup

After you clear space, return to Organize your gallery to keep folders tidy.

When storage is healthy again, continue uploading and marking public photos in Choose photos for your website.
