Generate a PDF or PNG portfolio

When a client or casting team asks for a quick book, you can export a polished file straight from Gallery. Choose 2 to 4 photos, add your name and contact details, and download a PDF or PNG portfolio in a few steps.

Open Generate PDF

Open Gallery.

Select Generate PDF from the gallery actions menu, or select 2 to 4 photos and use Generate PDF in the selection toolbar.

The export modal opens with your format, images, and profile details ready to review.

Choose format and images

Under Format, pick PDF or PNG.

Add Images (2-4) by opening the image picker. Select between two and four approved gallery photos.

Select Polaroids to fill the export with images from your four polaroid slots when they are assigned.

If you already selected photos in the grid, Delora pre-fills them when you open the modal.

Review name and details

Enter the Name that should appear on the export. Delora pre-fills it from Model Card when available.

Open Additional information to review Measurements and Contacts.

Measurements pull from your latest Model Card values. Contacts can include email, phone, and social links depending on what you saved in your profile.

Edit any field before you generate if the export needs custom copy for a specific brief.

Generate and download

Select Generate when the form is complete. Delora builds the file and downloads it to your device.

PDF exports use a clean model card layout with your selected photos in a grid.

PNG exports download as a single image file you can attach or share directly.

Large selections may take a moment to process.

Watermark and plans

PDF files on plans without watermark removal include a Delora watermark.

Upgrade to Pro to remove the watermark from PDF exports.

When to use it

Send a PDF when an agency asks for a compact book with measurements and contact details.

Use PNG when a platform wants a single image attachment instead of a document.
