Choose photos for your website

How Website uses Gallery

Gallery stores your portfolio. Website decides which public photos visitors see on your delora.studio page.

A photo must pass review and be marked Public before it can appear on your site.

Private photos stay in your gallery for your own use but do not show on the public website.

Mark photos public

Open Gallery and select the photos you want on your site.

Use Make Public from the selection toolbar, the photo context menu, or the visibility control on a single photo card.

You can also mark Make this image public during upload. The photo still needs approval before it goes live.

To hide a photo again, switch it back to private with Make Private.

• Only approved photos can become public
• New uploads show Under review until moderation finishes
• Rejected photos cannot be published

Meet the minimum for Website

Delora requires at least 3 public approved photos before you can complete website setup.

The website checklist tracks your progress as you mark photos public.

If you try to hide or delete public photos and that would drop you below three, Delora asks you to keep enough images visible.

Choose what visitors see

Open Website and go to gallery settings in the site editor.

Choose All public to show every public approved photo on your site.

Choose Collection to show only one gallery collection. Pick the collection from the dropdown.

Public gallery photos only. Private images never appear in either mode.

Keep photos ready over time

Review your public set whenever you add a new project or retire old work.

Use collections in Gallery to curate a website folder, then point Website to that collection.

Your profile photo and polaroids are managed separately. See Update your profile photo and Upload polaroids in Getting started.

Continue setup

When you have enough public photos, continue in Website with Create your website and Preview and publish your website.
