View your payment history

Billing lists your recent Delora subscription charges in one table. Use it to confirm what was paid, when it was charged, and what is due next. This article shows where to find that history and when to open Stripe for invoices.

Open the Payments section on Billing

Sign in to your model dashboard and open Billing. Scroll to the Payments card near the bottom of the page.

The section title is Payments and the subtitle is Recent charges. It loads automatically when you open Billing. Agent accounts are not billed by Delora, so this section does not apply to agent logins.

Read the payments table

Each row is one charge attempt linked to your subscription.

  • Plan: the plan name tied to that charge (for example Lite or Pro)
  • Date: when the payment was recorded
  • Amount: charge total in your billing currency
  • Status: Paid for successful charges, Failed for declined attempts, Refunded when money was returned

Load more rows and empty state

Billing shows a few recent payments first. Tap Load more to see older rows in the same table.

If you have not been charged yet, the section shows No payments yet. That is normal before your first successful checkout or while a trial has not converted to a paid charge.

Next payment on Billing

When your subscription is active and auto-renew is on, a Next payment card appears below the table. It shows your plan badge, the upcoming amount, and Due with the next charge date.

Stripe calculates the upcoming amount from your live subscription. If auto-renew is off, you keep access until the current period ends and this card is hidden because no further charge is scheduled.

Invoices, receipts, and Stripe

The Billing table is a quick view of recent charges inside Delora. For full invoices, tax documents, and card receipts, open the Stripe billing portal from Billing or Subscription.

Stripe also emails a receipt to your billing contact when a payment succeeds. Check spam if you do not see it within a few minutes of a charge.

Subscription page for billing cycle context

Open Subscription from Billing when you need billing cycle and status synced directly from Stripe. It shows plan name, billing cycle, status, and the current period end date.

Use Subscription together with Payments: Subscription explains your renewal rhythm, Payments lists individual charges.

What to do next

Read Download invoices and receipts for step-by-step portal guidance.

If a row shows Failed or renewals stop working, read When a payment fails in this category.
