Upgrade or change your plan

Most plan changes start on Billing. Lite subscribers can upgrade to Pro in one step with a Stripe proration preview. Changing monthly or annual billing uses the Stripe billing portal. This article covers both paths.

Before you change plans

Read Understand Lite and Pro plans in this category if you need a feature comparison. Upgrades take effect as soon as Stripe confirms payment. Your billing period (monthly or annual) stays the same unless you change it separately.

Delora does not offer a self-serve downgrade from Pro to Lite in Billing. If you need a lower tier, contact support or review cancellation options.

Upgrade from Lite to Pro

If you are on Lite with an active Stripe subscription, Billing shows an Upgrade to Pro card in the plan overview area.

  • Open Billing in your model dashboard
  • Tap Upgrade to Pro on the Lite upgrade card
  • Review the payment summary modal: Lite and Pro prices, Stripe invoice lines, and total due now
  • Confirm to charge the prorated difference and move to Pro immediately

Proration and Lite trial rules

Stripe invoices the plan difference for the rest of your current billing period. The modal shows invoice lines and total due now before you confirm.

If you are on a Lite monthly trial, upgrading ends the trial immediately. Pro billing starts from today. Stripe does not credit unused trial days as paid Lite time.

After a successful upgrade, Delora emails a payment receipt for the charge, same as renewals.

If you are already on Pro

Billing does not show a Lite downgrade button. Your Pro limits and features stay active until you cancel renewal or your subscription ends.

For card updates, invoices, or subscription options Stripe exposes, open the Stripe billing portal from Billing or Subscription.

Change monthly or annual billing

Switching between monthly and annual is not a separate toggle on Billing after you subscribe.

Open the Stripe billing portal from Billing or Subscription and look for plan or subscription update options. If nothing fits, contact support with your account email and the billing period you want.

Read Monthly vs annual billing in this category for how cycles and renewals work.

What to do next

Read View your payment history to confirm the upgrade charge.

To stop renewal instead of changing tiers, read Cancel your subscription in this category.
