Download invoices and receipts
Delora shows recent charges on Billing, but official invoices and downloadable receipts live in Stripe. This article explains how to open the Stripe billing portal from your dashboard and what you can download there.
Billing table vs official invoices
The Payments section on Billing lists recent subscription charges with plan, date, amount, and status. It is a quick summary inside Delora.
For PDF invoices, tax documents, and Stripe-hosted receipts, use the Stripe billing portal. That is the same source Delora uses for subscription billing.
Open the Stripe billing portal
You need a Stripe customer on file, which is created when you complete your first successful checkout. If you have never paid, finish Choose a plan and subscribe before you expect invoices.
- Open Billing in your model dashboard
- With an active paid plan: find Stripe billing portal in the Subscription card and tap Open billing portal
- Alternatively open Subscription from Billing and use Open billing portal there
- If Billing shows a payment recovery or renew message, the portal button may also appear in the hero area at the top
Download invoices in Stripe
Stripe opens the billing portal in your browser. Sign in if Stripe asks you to verify the account tied to your subscription.
Open the invoices or billing history section in the portal. Each paid charge should have an invoice you can view or download as PDF.
Tax details on the invoice follow Stripe and your billing country. If a document is missing, wait a few minutes after payment and refresh the portal.
Email receipts from Stripe
When a payment succeeds, Stripe emails a receipt to your billing contact on file. That is usually the email you used at checkout.
Check spam or promotions if you do not see a receipt within a few minutes. You can still download the invoice from the portal even when email is delayed.
Return to Delora
When you close or finish in the portal, Stripe sends you back to Billing in your dashboard.
