Choose a plan and subscribe
Delora runs on a paid Lite or Pro subscription. You pick the plan and billing period, then pay through Stripe. This article walks through sign-up checkout and how to subscribe later from Billing if you still need a plan.
Before you subscribe
You can subscribe during model sign-up or anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Both paths use the same Lite and Pro options.
Read Understand Lite and Pro plans in this category if you want a feature comparison before you choose. Prices depend on your region and billing period. The amounts on screen at checkout are always the ones that apply to you.
Subscribe during sign-up
New model accounts go through sign-up steps: Authentication, Account, Phone, and Profile. The last step is Plan.
- Open the Plan step after you finish your profile
- Switch between Monthly and Annual billing at the top
- Select Lite or Pro on the plan card
- Accept the Terms of Service, Privacy notice, and Refund policy
- Tap Continue to checkout to open Stripe
Subscribe from Billing after sign-up
If you already have an account but no active paid plan, open Billing in your dashboard. You may also land there when the product asks you to subscribe or renew.
Under Choose a plan (or Renew your plan if you subscribed before), pick Monthly or Annual, then tap Continue with Lite or Continue with Pro on the plan you want. Stripe opens in the same way as during sign-up.
Monthly, annual, and the Lite trial
Monthly and annual billing use different charge timing. Annual plans bill about 20% less over a year than paying monthly for twelve months.
Lite on monthly billing includes a one-week trial at no charge. Your card is charged for the first paid month after seven days unless you cancel before then. Pro on monthly billing has no trial: payment starts when you complete checkout.
Annual billing for Lite or Pro charges today and gives full access right away. Lite annual does not include the one-week trial.
Complete Stripe checkout
Stripe hosts payment on a secure page. Enter your card details and confirm the plan and total shown. You can return to Delora only after Stripe redirects you back.
After a successful sign-up payment, Delora shows a confirmation screen and connects your subscription to your login. You can then open the dashboard with your chosen plan active.
Stripe emails a receipt to your billing contact when payment succeeds. Check spam if you do not see it within a few minutes.
If checkout does not finish
Closing the Stripe tab or a declined card leaves checkout incomplete. Your Delora account may still exist, but paid features stay off until payment succeeds.
Open Billing and start checkout again with the same plan and billing period. If you already started once, Billing may show Finish checkout at the top with the same guidance.
Plans are not available in every country. If sign-up shows that Delora does not operate in your region, contact support before you try again.
