Manage booking requests
The Requests tab is your inbox for incoming bookings. Filter by status, open details, approve or decline new requests, and mark confirmed sessions complete when the shoot is done.
Open Requests
Open Bookings and select the Requests tab.
A badge on the tab shows how many items are waiting in Pending.
Use Schedule to browse confirmed sessions on a calendar view. Requests focuses on items that need your decision or follow-up.
Filter your inbox
At the top of Requests, switch between Pending, Confirmed, and History.
Pending lists new and waiting requests that still need a decision.
Confirmed lists approved upcoming sessions.
History covers completed, cancelled, and other closed bookings.
Each filter shows a count so you can see what needs attention first.
Review a request
Select a card to open its details drawer.
You see the session type, date, time, location, budget, and source.
Client Information shows who sent the request. Verified Delora clients display a checkmark.
Project Details includes tags, budget, location kind, and whether the location is fixed or to be agreed.
If the client left a message, it appears under Message from Client.
Respond to external requests
External requests waiting for you show as New Request with a Respond button on the card.
Select Respond to review the request in a focused modal, then approve or decline.
You can also open full details first and use Approve or Decline from the drawer footer.
Declined requests move out of Pending. Approved requests become Confirmed and appear on Schedule.
Handle confirmed sessions
Confirmed bookings show Mark complete as the primary action on the card.
Select it when the session finished successfully. The booking moves to History as Completed.
You can also open the booking from Schedule, review details, and mark it complete from there.
Use Add booking in the header anytime you need to record a shoot that did not come through an online request.
Stay on top of bookings
Check Pending regularly so external New Request items do not sit unanswered.
Keep Configure booking settings aligned with who you want to accept, and Set your availability updated so clients request realistic times.
When you are away, turn on Vacation mode so new requests are declined automatically until you return.
