Configure booking settings
Booking settings control how clients experience your public booking page and what happens when they submit a request. Open the modal from the Share tab to adjust online booking rules, what profile details appear, currency, buffers, and which session types you reject.
Open Booking settings
Open Bookings and select the Share tab.
In Link Settings, select Booking settings. The modal groups options into four sections you can expand one at a time.
Save your changes before closing the modal. Unsaved edits stay open until you confirm or discard them.
Online booking
Allow online booking is the main switch. When it is on, clients can send requests through your booking link and website form. When it is off, new public requests stop.
Clients only limits online booking to registered and verified Delora clients. Turn it on if you do not want anonymous requests from your shared link.
Vacation mode automatically declines new booking requests while you are away. It matches the Vacation Mode toggle on the Availability tab.

Public profile
These toggles control what appears on your booking page beside your portfolio preview.
Show socials adds links from Model Card when you have saved them.
Show phone number displays the phone from your profile on the booking sidebar.
Show location shows city and country from your profile.
Each option is independent. You can share your link widely while keeping your phone private, for example.
Currency and buffers
Under Currency & buffers, choose the Currency code for budgets on booking forms and in your booking list. Supported codes include USD, GBP, and EUR.
Buffer before and Buffer after add quiet minutes around each session. Delora uses them when calculating open slots so back-to-back bookings leave you travel or prep time.
Buffers apply to online availability. They do not block manual bookings you add yourself.
Rejected session types
The Session types section lists every supported type as a chip.
Tap a type to mark it as rejected. Rejected types appear as unavailable on your public booking page.
Leave a chip off if you accept that session type online. You can still add rejected types manually when you create your own bookings.
Supported types include Photoshoot, Editorial, Runway, Commercial, Lookbook, Fitting, Campaign, Fitness, and Nude.
How settings connect to your link
Your primary booking link footer summarizes key settings such as online booking status, vacation mode, currency, and visibility toggles.
Changes here also affect the booking form on your Website when it is enabled.
After settings are in place, share your link from Create and share your booking link and keep Set your availability aligned with the times you want to offer.
