Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, gallery, bookings, and subscription access. You can start from the Danger zone on Account or from the Danger zone shortcut in Settings.
Where to find it
Open Settings from the dashboard.
Select Account and scroll to the bottom Delete your account section.
You can also select Danger zone on the main Settings page. It opens the same area on Account.
Select Delete your account to open the confirmation modal.
What gets deleted
Account deletion permanently removes your profile, gallery, bookings, and subscription access.
It cannot be undone.
Payments are non-refundable. If you have a subscription, it is cancelled without a refund when the account is deleted.
Confirm and delete
In the Delete your account modal, read the warnings carefully.
Type delete me in the Confirmation field exactly as shown.
Select Delete account when the phrase matches.
Delora processes the request, signs you out, and returns you to the welcome page.
- The confirmation phrase is case insensitive
- Cancel closes the modal without deleting anything
- You must be signed in with a real account to complete deletion
Before you delete
Export anything you want to keep first, such as portfolio files from Generate a PDF or PNG portfolio.
If you only want to pause bookings or hide your site, adjust those settings instead of deleting the whole account.
If you are unsure, contact support from Settings before you continue.
