Change your email or password
Your sign-in email lives on the Account page in Settings. Your password is managed on Privacy & Security. Both flows verify it is really you before saving changes.
Where to start
Open Settings from the dashboard.
Select Account to review your email and open the change flow.
Select Privacy & Security to change or set your password.
Change your email
On Account, find Email in the Details section and select Change.
The Change email modal walks you through a short verification flow.
Delora verifies your current inbox, asks for your authenticator code if 2FA is enabled, then sends a code to your new address before the update is final.
When the change completes, other active sessions are signed out. You stay signed in on the device where you made the change.
- Send code to your current email, then enter the six-digit verification code
- Authenticator check appears only when 2FA is enabled
- Enter your New address, then confirm the code sent to that inbox
- Select Continue on each step until Delora shows Email updated
Change your password
On Privacy & Security, open the Password card.
If a password is already set, select Change password. Enter your Current password, choose a New password, confirm it, then select Update password.
If you signed in with Google and do not have a password yet, select Set password instead.
The set-password flow sends a verification code to your email first. Enter the code, then choose and confirm your new password.
When the update succeeds, Delora shows a confirmation and asks you to use the new password next time you sign in.
If you are locked out
In the Change password modal, select Reset via email if you forgot your current password.
Delora opens the forgot-password flow on the sign-in page so you can recover access from your inbox.
If you suspect someone else accessed your account, also review Review active sessions and consider Enable two-factor authentication.
