Payments and receipts

Delora Client helps you request and track bookings. Session payments happen between you and the model outside the app. This article explains what to save for your records and where budget information appears.

What Delora Client bills

Delora Client does not charge clients for booking requests or session fees.

There is no client subscription or in-app checkout for model sessions.

Model accounts may pay Delora for platform tools. That billing is separate from your work with a model.

Budget on your bookings

If you entered a budget on the request form, it appears on the booking card and detail page.

Use that figure as the agreed starting point when you settle payment with the model.

Currency formatting follows the model’s booking settings.

Receipts you should keep

Save invoices, bank confirmations, or agency paperwork the model or your company sends.

Export or screenshot your My bookings list when you need dates and project types for expense reports.

Include the model name, session date, project type, and final paid amount in your own finance system.

  • Ask the model for a formal invoice when your company requires one
  • Match receipts to the booking reference or date shown in Delora
  • Store contracts or castings notes alongside payment proof

When something goes wrong

Payment disputes are handled between you and the model or their agency.

Delora support can help with account access and booking status, not with transferring session fees.

Cancel or update bookings in Delora when plans change so both sides share the same status.
