Understand booking statuses
Every booking request moves through clear statuses on Delora Client. This article explains each label you may see on My bookings and on an individual booking page.
Pending
Pending means your request was sent and the model has not decided yet.
You can open the booking to review the details you submitted.
If the model accepts, the status changes to Confirmed. If they decline, it becomes Cancelled.
Confirmed
Confirmed means the model approved your session.
Check the date, time, location, and budget on the booking page before the shoot.
You can cancel a confirmed booking until seven hours before the session starts, when cancellation is still allowed.
Completed and closed statuses
Completed means the session finished successfully from the model’s side.
Cancelled means the booking was called off before it happened.
Uncompleted or No show may appear when a session did not finish as planned. Details depend on how the model closed the booking.
Where to check status
Open My bookings in the header to see every booking linked to your account.
Each card shows the session type, model name, date, and a coloured status pill.
Select a card to open the full booking view with location, budget, messages, and model portfolio previews.
