Cancel a booking
You can cancel a booking from its detail page when Delora still allows it. Cancellations are blocked within seven hours of the session start time.
When you can cancel
Cancellation is available for Pending and Confirmed bookings.
The Cancel booking button appears only until seven hours before the session starts.
After that cutoff, the page shows a note that cancellation is no longer available.
How to cancel
Open My bookings and select the booking you want to change.
Scroll to the actions area and select Cancel booking.
Confirm in the modal. Delora updates the status to Cancelled immediately.
Use ← All bookings to return to your list.
After you cancel
The model sees the booking as cancelled in their dashboard.
Payment or budget terms agreed outside Delora are between you and the model. Delora does not process client session payments in the app.
To book again, submit a new request from the model’s booking link.
